Privacy Policy
The operator is RedBlue Solutions s. r. o. (you can find the full identification details in the Imprint). We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018. This policy explains what data we process, why, on what legal basis, for how long and what rights you have.
What data we process and why
We process data only when you send it to us yourself via the contact form or the project brief on the website:
- name, email address, phone number (if provided),
- the content of the message, or details about the intent (project type, goal, budget, time frame, requested features, description).
Purpose: handling your request, replying and possibly preparing an offer or collaboration. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request), or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with those interested in our services). Submission is voluntary and conditional on your consent in the form; without a name, email and the content of the request, however, we cannot reply to you. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Technical data and cookies
When the website is displayed, the hosting provider may, for security reasons, record technical data (IP address, time of access, device and browser type) — legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stability of the website). The website does not use analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies and does not use tracking local storage; details are in the Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
We do not share data with third parties, except for the hosting and email delivery provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) and cases required by law (e.g. public authorities). We never sell data or provide it for third-party marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
We keep communication from the form for a maximum of 6 months from the last communication, if no collaboration arises. If a business relationship arises, we keep the data for the duration of the service and then for the period required by law (e.g. accounting documents for 10 years).
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right:
- to access your data and confirmation of whether we process it,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”),
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to data portability,
- to withdraw consent, if it was given.
Security
We protect the data with appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, leakage or misuse, and process it only to the extent necessary for the given purpose.
Supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the SR (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
